User Data Deletion Instructions

Fit or Miss lets you delete your account and the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how — including if you signed up with Facebook, Google, or email.
Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Sign in at fitormiss.com/login.
- Open Settings → Danger Zone (fitormiss.com/settings?tab=danger).
- Click Delete account, type
DELETEto confirm, and submit.
We permanently remove your auth account, profile, outfits, votes, comments, and notification preferences. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@fitormiss.com from the address linked to your account. Use the subject line Data deletion request and include your username if you know it. We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.
If you use Facebook Login
Removing Fit or Miss from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings does not automatically delete your Fit or Miss account. To delete your data from Fit or Miss, follow the in-app or email steps above.
What we delete
- Account identifiers (email, username, OAuth provider id)
- Profile information (bio, avatar, social handles, preferences)
- User-generated content (outfits, VS posts, votes, comments)
- In-app notification settings
Retention after deletion
Deleted data is removed from production systems promptly. Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
